I didn't have a plan, so I followed the crowd of friendly, fatigued partygoers and ended up in a little slice of paradise on Brazil's Costa Verde....
In the town of Paraty, I fell in love with exploring the cobblestone streets, napping on unspoilt beaches and snacking on the dark purple açaà berries that grow in abundance. I ended up staying in Paraty far longer than I planned.
